 The ceviche, is the most recognized dish of Peru internationally. Motive of pride and symbol of national identity. It is so successful and exquisite that it is served with different variations in other Latin American countries. This delicious marine dish has as its ingredients pieces of fish (bonito, horse mackerel, mackerel, tuna, sardine, anchovy, maiden and paiche), onion, chili, lemon juice and salt. However, depending on the presentation, you can add sweet potato, corn, mountain field and seaweed.

Traditional Ceviche

Worldwide there are seven variations of ceviche. By being so successful, people make their imaginations fly and that is why I will present these curious recipes.

While traditional ceviche only has white fish, this Ecuadorian mixed ceviche combines fish with prawns, onions, tomatoes, lemons and other house ingredients, achieving a new and delicious flavor and presentation.

Generally, to prepare the ceviche fish and shellfish are used such as corvina, grouper, octopus, bonito, among others. That is why this tuna ceviche recipe is so original. In addition, it is ideal for those people who do not like the idea of eating raw fish, but want to try what ceviche tastes like.

The Pato Ceviche, although it may not seem like it, is one of the most traditional dishes in the north of Peru. Although we are used to tasting ceviche with different varieties of fish and seafood, we can also make something as delicate and exclusive as duck. This recipe is simple, healthy and tasty.

There are two aspects that we must take maximum care of to obtain the best flavor: on the one hand, choose mangoes that are at their optimum point of maturity; on the other hand, find the perfect point of acidity, for which it is better that we adjust the amount of lime juice.

Some might even say that the fish versions are "better" because they have all that Omega 3 from fish. Eatings Habits

Breakfast 👌: For breakfast, I prefer eat light, a slice of toast with juice, bread with boiled egg or yogurt with cereal. I don´t like to eat meat in the morning, even if there aren´t any more to eat. I prefer drink only juice or yogurt. 

Lunch 😋: During the week I study at the University, so when I finish my classes I am so hungry and tired. At my house, the cook makes delicious meals, all of which I love 😻, such as the stuffed cause, seafood, baked chicken and others that I love. So, i eat twice or three times in the afternoon.

Dinner ✊: ok, uh, I hardly ever eat my dinner, because I'm not hungry, I exercise and my family almost every day buys junk food for dinner 😒. So, I don't like it, because I prefer to make a fruit juice or have a yogurt.
